The MikroTik SD-WAN platform supports secure, automated VPN configuration between clients and hubs, simplifying branch interconnection.

- The shared secret is randomly generated and automatically updated whenever the hub is replaced.
- When a hub is changed, all clients are reconnected automatically — no manual action needed.
⚙️ Activation Requirements #
- You must assign a hub with a public IP address to activate VPN services.
- Subnets must be defined on both the hub and client devices.
📡 Network Configuration Notes #
- Avoid using the same CIDR subnet across multiple devices to prevent routing conflicts.
- VPN changes may take up to 5 minutes to fully propagate across the network.
